Thermal and acoustic insulation for gas/steam turbines and conveyors
Thermo-insulating and thermo-sound insulating mats suitably modelled for optimal coverage; ITAI provides a turnkey product for direct use on-site, with clear assembly instructions. The company's textile department is capable of creating complex forms for the most diverse surfaces; the use of specific technical materials combined in multi-layers allows for reducing heat by up to 500°C, for maintaining the process temperature and/or for personal protection.
In addition, it is possible to use suitably modelled high-density sound insulating protections for guaranteeing the acoustic abatement levels requested by the customer.

Insulating rigid blankets

Specially manufactured for insulating sensitive parts in power generation applications. ITAI takes care of the entire creation of the mechanical fabrication part and of the requested insulation.
